Hadn't had a good slice in years due to being out of state, but when I tasted their pizza I new I was eating real mozzarella made for pizzas, just enough density and pull. The sauce was perfect for a pie, not spicy, not watered down. The crust was crunchy on the outside and had the prefect chew. The crew was friendly too. This Italian-American, who grew up eating Long Island pizza, is going back for more. More pizza plus calzones, heroes, maybe some shrimp Parmesan.
